Politics have divided the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh into two. But when it comes to food, we at Andhra Ruchulu like to keep the cuisine undivided. Enjoy a unique culinary tour at our restaurant in JP Nagar, Bangaluru, where we celebrate the unified delights of the culturally- rich lands that Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are.
Characteristically, Andhra food is hot, spicy and tangy, and punched with flavours of chillies, coconut and tamarind and spices. Different regions of the state are known for different and unique specialities. At Andhra Ruchulu, we strive to recreate those flavourful favourites. The cuisine of Telangana was influenced by Persian and Afgan cooking styles. The characteristic textures and rich flavours of Andhra Pradesh are an influence of the Nizams of Hyderabad. Typical of this cuisine's ingredients are nuts and dry fruits that bring up delightful offerings such a Bhuna Ghosht. The region is also known for its delectable coastal cuisine. The desserts and sweets of Andhra Pradesh are delightful as well. The food cooked here at Andhra Ruchulu is heartwarming, cooked to perfection and offers the perfect taste of Andhra cuisine.
