Different regions of the state are known for different and unique specialities. At Andhra Ruchulu, we strive to recreate those flavourful favourites. The cuisine of Telangana was influenced by Persian and Afgan cooking styles. The characteristic textures and rich flavours of Andhra Pradesh are an influence of the Nizams of Hyderabad. Typical of this cuisine's ingredients are nuts and dry fruits that bring up delightful offerings such a Bhuna Ghosht. The region is also known for its delectable coastal cuisine.
